Michael Bauman Bio

Michael Bauman is a Vice President of TM Capital LLC. He is responsible for transaction execution across a broad range of industries and managing all aspects of the deal process. Michael joined TM Capital in 2016 and has completed numerous transactions and advisory engagements for leading financial sponsors and family and founder-owned businesses. He has significant experience in the industrial, business services and consumer products sectors, and is the co-author of TM Capital’s Equipment Rental & Dealer Sector Reports. Michael graduated from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School and holds a BBA with concentrations in Finance and Strategy & Management Consulting. Michael resides in New York City with his wife and dog.
