Matthew Rosenthal Bio

Matt Rosenthal is a Vice President of TM Capital LLC with over a decade of investment banking, consulting, and equity research experience. His responsibilities include managing all aspects of the deal process and transaction execution across a broad range of industries. During his career, Matt has worked with leading private equity firms, family offices, and privately held companies to complete buy- and sell-side M&A transactions and debt & equity financings. Prior to joining TM Capital, Matt was an Associate in the Diversified Industrial & Services group at Piper Sandler where he advised manufacturers, distributors, and business/industrial service companies. Before joining Piper Sandler, Matt provided M&A and other investment banking advisory services while at Truist. Matt graduated from the University of Richmond in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He is also a CFA Charterholder. Matt lives in Richmond, VA with his wife, two young daughters, and their dog. He enjoys running, soccer, reading, and cultivated a love of travel during his time spent living abroad.
