Jordan Cleare is a Vice President at TM Capital Corp. He is responsible for transaction execution across a broad range of industries and managing all aspects of the deal process. Jordan joined TM Capital in 2015 and rejoined the firm in 2019 after completing his MBA. He has completed numerous sell-side and buy-side transactions as well as financing and board advisory engagements for leading financial sponsors, public companies and entrepreneur-owned businesses. He has significant experience in the consumer & retail, industrials and technology sectors. Prior to TM Capital, Jordan worked in the consumer & retail investment banking group at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey. Jordan earned an MBA with Honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business with concentrations in Finance, Accounting, Entrepreneurship and Economics. Jordan received his undergraduate degree from the Honors Program at the University of Georgia.
