Graham Woodard Bio

As Managing Principal, Graham leads the firm’s M&A and corporate debt advisory efforts. He leverages his experience to deliver innovative solutions that solve a wide range of client challenges. Graham has executed dozens of successful exit plans and has a reputation for getting deals done in a fair and pragmatic manner. He prides himself on building strong relationships with clients, serving as a resource and sounding board for all their M&A needs. Graham has spent his entire career working in investment and commercial banking. Prior to founding Three Sixty Seven Advisors, he was a commercial banker at Valley National Bank in Tampa, Florida, where he organized, managed and executed the financing needs of private equity groups. Graham has a bachelor’s degree from Florida State University. He actively gives back to his community by serving on several charitable advisory boards. In his free time, spending time with his family and golfing.
