Bio

Paul Cronin is a Managing Director of Three Keys Capital Advisors and has over 30 years of banking experience in corporate finance, investment banking, commercial finance, restructuring and strategic advisory. Mr. Cronin was most recently in leadership positions in Santander Bank NA and Key Bank NA in asset based financing, and was previously a commercial banking executive with HSBC Bank and LaSalle Bank, leading businesses with focus in domestic and international banking and corporate finance. Prior to commercial banking, Paul was a Managing Director in ABN AMRO Group focused on structured finance, leveraged finance and corporate finance advisory, in the USA and Dublin, Ireland. Before joining ABN AMRO, he was treasurer/financial director of EMO Oil Group in Ireland having previously trained as a chartered accountant with KPMG. He has managed a high yield fund and corporate leveraged loan funds for the asset management division of a bank. His experience also includes real estate and technology. He is an investor in start-ups, real estate, technology and venture capital. Paul is a board member (audit chair) of Foundations in Faith Inc. board member (vice chair) of Virtual Enterprises Inc., and a member of the investment committee for the Diocese of Bridgeport
