Prior to joining Three Keys in 2020, Mr. Montbach spent 10 years at Seabury Securities, a boutique investment bank with a focus on transportation industries. At Seabury, Mr. Montbach focused on maritime and maritime related clients such as transportation and logistics, infrastructure, including shipyards and ports, shipping, offshore (oil & gas and renewable) energy and maritime technology clients. Prior to Seabury Securities, Mr. Montbach worked as an advisor with UBS Investment Bank and KPMG in their restructuring groups, and spent 3 years on the buy side investing in distressed and special situations securities in a broad range of industries. He has completed advisory assignments with a broad range of domestic and global clients, from small and middle market companies to states and large public companies. Mr. Montbach is a graduate of Colgate University and received his MBA with honors from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business. He speaks English, German and French.
