David Kanter is a Managing Director of Three Keys Capital Advisors and has over 25 years of investment banking experience in debt and equity financing, M&A and restructuring advisory. Mr. Kanter most recently was a senior Managing Director of Sunrise Securities and previously was at the Seabury Group, where he headed Seabury's shipping group. Before joining Seabury, David was Managing Director and Head of Leveraged Finance and High Yield, North America, for ABN AMRO Incorporated where he worked with clients worldwide on cross-border leveraged acquisition financings. Prior to joining ABN AMRO, he held various positions with Lazard Frères & Co. LLC, including executing debt and equity financings for companies in multiple sectors. Mr. Kanter also serves as an independent consultant to Asgaard Navigation, an owner and operator of offshore vessels in Brazil. Mr. Kanter graduated magna cum laude from Harvard College. A Registered Representative of M&A Securities, Inc., a member of FINRA and SiPC, Mr. Kanter holds FINRA Series 7, 24, 63 and 79 securities licenses.
