Mr. Clarke is a Managing Director with Third Coast Capital Advisors and has responsibility for transaction origination and all phases of transaction execution. Prior to working with Third Coast Capital Advisors, Mr. Clarke was the global head of Corporate Development at Novus International, a health and nutrition company based in St. Louis with $1 billion in annual sales. While at Novus, Mr. Clarke led a team of corporate development professionals and he was directly responsible for the negotiation and execution of multiple acquisitions and joint ventures in the U.S. and abroad. Mr. Clarke’s prior experience also includes working in the tax departments at Deloitte & Touche and Price Waterhouse Coopers. Mr. Clarke is a CPA and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in accounting from Brigham Young University and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Washington University Olin School of Business.
