Jessica Payne Bio

Jessica is a Managing Director at Raine. While at Raine, Jessica has worked on a variety of transactions across the firm’s verticals, including Softbank’s sale of ARM to NVIDIA, Accel Entertainment’s sale to TPG Pace Holdings (SPAC), Apollo and ecoATM’s sale of a minority stake to Cowen Sustainable Advisors, and TV Time’s acquisition of Mediamorph. Prior to joining Raine, Jessica worked at CODE Advisors where she focused on M&A and financing transactions for technology and media clients. Prior to that, Jessica worked in the Investment Banking division of Citigroup, where she focused on transactions for clients in the TMT and Consumer verticals. jessica graduated from MIT with an S.B. in Mechanical Engineering. She also received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
