Jake Vachal Bio

Jake is a Partner at Raine, where he leads Raine’s advertising, consumer, and e-commerce practice. Jake is a board director of Essor and a board observer of Foursquare, both Raine portfolio companies. Prior to joining Raine in 2020, Jake was a Managing Director at Perella Weinberg, where he advised clients globally on a wide range of strategic transactions across the telecommunications, media, and technology sectors. Previously, Jake was a Vice President at Lazard in their TMT group, an Associate at Barclays in their Communications & Media Group, and an Analyst at UBS Investment Bank in their Mergers & Acquisitions Group. Jake has a B.S. in Business Administration from Carnegie Mellon University.
