Evan Ellsworth Bio

Evan is a Managing Director at Raine, having joined the firm in 2020. Since then, he has advised clients on various strategic transactions within Raine’s core sectors, including entertainment, gaming, music, and technology. His notable transaction experience includes multiple M&A deals with Endeavor, the sales of Chord Music Partners and DanceOne, capital raises for gamma. and Create Music Group, and Tiga Acquisition Corp’s merger with Grindr. Before joining Raine, Evan worked in the Investment Banking and Capital Markets division at Credit Suisse, where he was involved in numerous M&A and financing transactions for clients in the Real Estate, Gaming and Lodging, and Financial Sponsors groups. He earned his undergraduate degree from Wheaton College and later received an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management. He began his career as an officer in the United States Army’s 82nd Airborne Division.
