Bio

Josh is a Vice President at Raine and joined the firm in 2013. Josh works on principal and advisory assignments with companies across the sports, digital media and entertainment sectors. While at Raine, Josh has worked on a variety of transactions including City Football Group’s sale of a minority interest to China Media Capital, Fox and the Associated Press’s sale of STATS LLC to Vista Equity Partners, and Raine’s investment in Imagine Entertainment. Josh is actively involved in Raine’s investments in Imagine Entertainment and Reigning Champs. Prior to joining Raine, Josh was in the Media and Telecom investment banking group at Citigroup, where he worked on a variety of M&A advisory and financing assignments for public companies. Josh has a B.S. in Economics with a concentration in Finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
