Heather is a Vice President at Raine. Since joining Raine, Heather has assisted a number of Raine’s clients and portfolio companies in developing and executing on their growth strategies in the entertainment and media sectors. Notable advisory assignments include the development of WME|IMG’s corporate strategy across several acquisitions, its China carve-out and its parent company capital raise; advising on Fandango’s international expansion and resulting acquisitions of Ingresso and Cinepapaya in Latin America; advising Universal on its film slate financing deal with Perfect World; and advising Starz’s Special Committee on its sale to Lions Gate. On the principal side of the business, Heather has helped work on Raine’s investments in Imagine Entertainment, Propagate Media and Vice. Heather graduated magna cum laude from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania in 2014. Heather received a B.S. in Economics with concentrations in Finance and Operations & Information Management, and a minor in Cinema Studies from the College of Arts and Science.
