Aditya is a Vice President at Raine and joined the firm in 2019. Aditya focuses on principal investing and advisory assignments in the technology sector. Aditya also leads Raine’s e-commerce practice, spearheading its principal investing and advisory efforts in the space. Notable assignments to-date include Arrive’s merger with FlashParking, Blackstone’s acquisition of Vungle, and Raine Ventures’ investments into Talkshoplive and Barn2Door. Prior to Raine, Aditya helped scale two Silicon Valley startups, most recently leading Strategic Finance at Shift (NASDAQ: SFT), an innovative e-commerce marketplace for used vehicles. Previously, Aditya worked at CircleUp, an online investing marketplace for high-growth consumer brands, where he partnered closely with management teams raising growth capital. Aditya began his career as an analyst at Lazard Fr res in New York in the Consumer & Retail investment banking group where he worked on transformative M&A transactions including AB InBev’s acquisition of SABMiller. Aditya graduated summa cum laude from Connecticut College with a B.A. in Economics & International Relations.
