Bio

Scott joined Presidio in 2022. He focuses on M&A, corporate finance, and principal investing. Scott has 10 years of experience in investment banking first with Wachovia Securities based out of London and then with the Royal Bank of Canada based out of Denver, where his primary focus was sell-side M&A advisory. He also has 6 years of entrepreneurial experience. He co-founded a SaaS B2B company focused on leveling the technology playing field for SMBs, which was acquired by a NASDAQ traded technology company. He also served as president of another start-up focused on design-build civil engineering. Scott earned his M.B.A. in International Finance from Thunderbird School of Global Management and B.S. in Finance from Kansas State University. He lives in Denver with his wife and four children.
