Keith joined Presidio in 2019. He oversees our AutoTech Services team in providing strategic guidance to our clients, arranging strategic capital to support their company’s growth and assisting management teams with buy-side and sell-side M&A activity. With over 15 years in the automotive industry, Keith has a unique background of extensive corporate finance experience, public and private capital markets activity and early-stage company’s undergoing accelerated growth. Prior to joining Presidio, Keith spent the majority of his career with Asbury Automotive Group, Inc. (NYSE: ABG), ultimately serving as Chief Financial Officer of the Fortune 500 Automotive Retailer. He also served as Chief Financial Officer of OneWater Marine Holdings LLC (NASDAQ: ONEW), the fastest growing marine retailer in the United States, and served as a member of the Board of Directors as a private and public company. Earlier in his career he was part of the initial team that brought Sirius Satellite Radio (NASDAQ: SIRI) to market. Keith began his career at accounting firm Arthur Andersen LLP and earned his B.S. in Finance from Lafayette College. Keith lives in Atlanta with his wife and three children.
