David Gorsline joined The Lenox Group in 2017 as an analyst. David has half a decade of experience in investment banking and corporate finance, advising companies and management teams on sell-side and buy-side transactions, debt and equity private placements, and management buyouts. Throughout his time at Lenox, David has executed numerous transactions across the healthcare, manufacturing, distribution, industrial, consumer, and business services industries. David graduated cum-laude from Sewanee: The University of the South's honors business program, with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. At Sewanee, David was awarded the Carey Fellowship after completion of the Wm. Polks Business Program with distinction. As a Carey Fellow, David spent the second semester of his junior year in Charlotte, working full-time as an Analyst for Capitala Group, a lower-middle market private equity firm. David is a member of the Young Professionals Board at HOPE Atlanta, a non-profit organization tackling food insecurity and homelessness across Georgia.
