Bio

Reed oversees Greystone’s valuation and market research and manages transaction execution. With more than a decade of middle market M&A advisory experience, he has been actively involved in numerous transactions with an aggregate value in excess of $1 billion. Prior to joining Greystone in 2002, Reed lived in Washington, D.C. and was employed by Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting) and specialized in the telecommunications and high technology sectors. He received a BS degree in Business Administration with concentrations in finance and accounting from the University of Richmond.
