Paul has more than 30 years of experience advising both public and private companies in evaluating and completing merger, acquisition and financing transactions. He has represented clients across industries with special expertise in industrial, consumer products, manufacturing, distribution and business services companies. Prior to joining The Fortune Group in 1995, Paul helped establish the investment banking affiliate of First Bank System (now US Bank) in Minneapolis where he served as a senior officer for five years. From 1981 to 1988, he worked in corporate finance for Lehman Brothers, in both New York and London, leaving as a senior member of the firm’s Industrial Group. He is registered with FINRA as a Series 24 General Securities Principal, a Series 82 Limited Representative-Private Securities Offerings and a Series 63 Uniform Securities Agent.
