Melvyn Threatt-Peters II supports DAK’s middle-market business clients as they navigate the M&A landscape. In his role of Vice President he combines his in-depth financial analysis experience and comprehensive industry knowledge to identify value and opportunity for clients. Mr. Threatt-Peters brings several years of experience in financial analysis, management, and strategy across the Capital Markets and Fin-Tech Industries. Prior to joining The DAK Group, he was as an Associate with Nexus Capital Markets, a Boutique Investment Bank focused on the EMEA Region where he worked on public and private financing’s as well as cross-border advisory transactions. He was responsible for financial modeling, strategic & market analysis, as well as execution of deals within the international middle market. Prior to Nexus, Melvyn worked in Operations Management at Broadridge Financial Solutions where he was responsible for; managing a Team within the Investor Communications Solutions Division, Cost Analysis, and Capital Budgeting Analysis after completing Broadridge’s Management Training Program. Mr. Threatt-Peters holds an MBA with distinction from St. Johns University in Finance & International Business where he was a part of the Student Managed Investment Fund and the Executive-in-Residence Program. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Government & History from St. John’s University where he received the prestigious Golden Key Award.
