David Kaufman Bio

David Kaufman has been a Trusted Advisor to the owners, and executives of family businesses and privately held middle market companies for over three decades. He has guided clients through the strategic planning process, as well as mergers, acquisitions, succession, and tax planning. He is known for his client centric style and ability to “roll his sleeves up”, and truly getting into the business in order to help clients achieve the greatest outcomes. Prior to joining DAK, David was a practicing CPA for over 30 years, most recently as an Audit Partner at EisnerAmper where, in addition to guiding business owners and family offices, he also advised private equity funds and their portfolio companies. David’s expertise spans a number of industries including manufacturing and distribution, technology, SAS, retail, hospitality, health care real estate, jewelry, apparel, entertainment, and professional services.
