Bio

Before joining Consello, Adrienne spent over eight years at Major League Soccer and Soccer United Marketing. She was Senior Vice President of SUM Properties, managing the League’s overall relationships with their international partners, Concacaf and LIGA MX, and was instrumental in building the first-ever Leagues Cup soccer tournament, including all 47 MLS/LMX Clubs in North America and Lionel Messi’s MLS debut. Previously, she oversaw strategy and direction for MLS Partnership Marketing, managing relationships with dozens of world-class brands like Adidas, Target, Audi, and Heineken. Her team integrated partners into high-profile events, driving brand goals through authentic and innovative activations. Prior to MLS, Adrienne was at The Marketing Arm and was responsible for AT&T’s sports and entertainment portfolio. She was deeply involved in several award-winning campaigns and managed partnerships with top sports and entertainment properties, including the U.S. Olympic Committee, PGA TOUR, teams in the NCAA, NFL, MLB, NBA and NASCAR, and major music festivals for several leading brands. She was recognized as a Sports Business Journal Game Changer and mentors young women through this program each year. Adrienne was also selected to participate in the WISE Executive Leadership Institute program with other sports leaders through the Tuck School of Business.
