Tom Denison is a Managing Director and co-founder of The Chicago Corporation. He has over 45 years of investment banking and corporate finance experience, and has been a trusted advisor to CEOs, boards of directors, entrepreneurs and owners of privately-held businesses. His clients have included public companies as well as family-owned business, and has spanned a variety industries including healthcare, environmental and business services; industrial products; food; and financial services. His experience extends across merger and acquisition transactions, debt and equity capital raises, and corporate finance advisory assignments. Prior to re-establishing The Chicago Corporation, Tom was a Managing Director at Banc of America Securities and Brown Gibbons Lang. He began his career at The Continental Bank of Chicago. Mr. Denison received an AB from Dartmouth College, an MBA from The Tuck School of Business, and a CPA from the University of Illinois.
