Andrew Witik is a Senior Associate at The Chicago Corporation. He joined the firm in May of 2019. Andrew assists the Managing Directors and Associates in preparing marketing materials, performing financial due diligence and executing merger and acquisition and private capital transactions. Recent industry work includes food and consumer, transportation, and industrials. Prior to joining The Chicago Corporation, Andrew worked in the Corporate Finance group at Chartwell, a boutique middle market advisory firm, executing on M&A and capital raising engagements across a variety of industries. Andrew received a BA from Miami University and a JD from Loyola University Chicago School of Law.
