Ms. Beeson is focused on M&A efforts. Prior to joining the CenterCap Group LLC, Ms. Beeson was President and Chief Operating Officer for American Realty Capital Properties, a $20 billion net lease REIT that also owns Cole Capital, a sponsor and distributor of public non-traded REITs. Before joining American Realty Capital Properties, Ms. Beeson was Global Head of Real Estate M&A for Barclays and Lehman Brothers. Ms. Beeson was also a Managing Director working on mergers and acquisitions for Wachovia Securities and Morgan Stanley. She has been the lead advisor on over $400 billion of transactions, including many marquee transactions in the real estate space. Ms. Beeson has extensive experience working with Boards of Directors around strategic alternatives and activist shareholders. Ms. Beeson holds a B.A in Economics and International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania.
