Tommy, who co-heads The Capital Corporation's Technology Practice, offers more than 25 years of technology expertise. He has facilitated over 80 M&A transactions in the US, Europe, and Asia. Prior to joining The Capital Corporation, Tommy co-founded a boutique, technology investment bank called OnDemand Partners, where he provided M&A advisory and business consulting services with a focus on software and services companies providing infrastructure, application, security, and systems management technology. Tommy offers experience leading a global M&A practice, having served as SVP of Corporate Business Development for Computer Associates (CA), where he oversaw all M&A, due diligence, JVs, and early stage investments. He was a member of the Executive Management Team of a Fortune 100 company and was tasked with various international operational responsibilities including strategy, professional services, and establishment of research and development centers. He has served as a board member on many private and public companies.
