Ted Jordan has over 20 years of M&A experience in the Behavioral Health industry. Prior to joining The Braff Group in 2010, Ted served as Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions for The Mentor Network, where he was responsible for determining valuation; negotiating price, structure, and all other deal terms; supervising the due diligence process; negotiation of the purchase agreement and all related transaction documents; management of the closing of the process; and coordination of integration activities. Through the evaluation of hundreds of possible prospects, Ted’s efforts resulted in over 60 middle-market acquisitions and divestitures in 25 states. Prior to joining The Mentor Network, Ted was a financial analyst at Legacy Securities Corp., a boutique investment banking firm in Atlanta, where he worked with clients considering mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and private placements. In the early 1990s, he served as a Controller for Ferguson Enterprises, Inc., a nationwide construction materials wholesaler. Ted holds an M.B.A. from Emory University and a B.S. Economics / B.S. Finance from the University of Florida.
