Rick joined The Braff Group in 2018 from a boutique investment banking firm located in Pittsburgh, PA. where he participated in M&A deals with transaction size up to $600M in various industries including health care and technology. Rick’s responsibilities consisted of business valuation, transaction due diligence, deal negotiation and execution, financial analysis, and financial modeling. Prior to Rick’s investment banking experience, he worked in accounting, financial analysis, budgeting, and compliance at PNC Bank and Schneider Downs & Co., Inc., a public accounting firm. Rick holds an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh with a concentration in Finance and a BS in Business Administration with majors in both Finance and Marketing and a minor in Economics. While obtaining his MBA, Rick achieved three academic certificates: Business Valuation, Corporate Financial Management, and Investment Management.
