Nancy joined The Braff Group in 2010 as a Managing Director focused on transactions in the Behavioral Health industry, specializing in the areas of substance abuse and addictions, autism, intellectual or developmental disabilities, mental health, at-risk youth and acquired brain injuries. Nancy has more than 20 years of experience in the behavioral health sector. Prior to joining The Braff Group, she was Vice President for Mergers & Acquisitions and Business Development for The MENTOR Network, one of the nation’s largest providers of behavioral health services. During her tenure at Mentor, Weisling initiated and/or completed more than 60 acquisitions and divestitures. She also understands the industry as only an insider can, having begun her career teaching special education and later moving on to manage group homes for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities and providing intensive case management services to individuals with mental health needs. She is an expert in Medicaid reimbursement, due diligence, and all regulatory matters which govern these populations. Nancy holds a BS from Bradley University.
