Hallie Berk is Director, Marketing and Business Development at The Bloom Organization. Hallie brings extensive marketing experience across B2C and B2B to identify new market opportunities, conceive and implement high impact marketing plans, and negotiate strategic partnerships to drive growth. At The Bloom Organization, Hallie identifies, evaluates, and sources new business development opportunities. In addition, Hallie is a licensed investment banker responsible for supporting clients on both buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions. She focuses on all phases of the advisory process, including sector identification, origination, negotiations, and deal execution. Hallie holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a double minor in Chemistry and Marketing from the University of Miami, where she graduated cum laude.
