Amit Lavi Bio

Amit Lavi has experience in various disciplines including investment banking and private equity. Prior to joining BlackRose, Amit worked at Hilco Corporate Finance, the investment bank affiliate of Hilco Global, where he advised middle-market companies in execution of M&A and private placements. Amit holds a B.A in Finance and Economics from Queens College, and an M.B.A. from Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College. He also holds FINRA 79 and 63 licenses. He received an honorable discharge for his 3-year service in Israel Defense Forces as a Staff Sergeant.
