Bruce Green Bio

Bruce has 14 years of finance experience including at KPMG where he qualified as a chartered accountant, and nearly 10 years of investment banking experience. He has closed a large number of transactions during his career, and is focused on Digital Transformation M&A and private equity transactions. Bruce started his career with KPMG where he qualified as a chartered accountant with the ICAEW, before moving into M&A. Bruce is a Director in the Technology Holdings’ London team, leading on end-to-end sell-side M&A engagements across Europe. Outside of work, Bruce is married with two young children, he enjoys a variety of sports along with reading and finding new podcasts.
