Christopher Nicholls is a Senior Managing Director with Teneo in London, where he heads the Equity Capital Markets and PLC advisory team within Financial Advisory. Christopher joined Teneo as part of its acquisition of the restructuring business of Deloitte, where he was a Partner. Previously Christopher was an investment banker with J.P. Morgan Cazenove. He has over 27 years of corporate finance experience, advising corporates, shareholders and other stakeholders (such as governments) across a wide range of capital raisings, M&A and restructuring transactions.
