Matt Roe is a Senior Managing Director with Teneo in Bristol, having joined Teneo as part of its purchase of Deloitte’s UK Restructuring business. Matt has over 13 years of experience and is both ACA and JIEB qualified. Matt leads our Managed Exit team, assisting large corporates to plan and implement exits from underperforming and non-core parts of their business. Our work in this area includes evaluating the options available which include turnaround, sale, closure or some combination, detailed planning of the proposed strategy and where relevant assistance in the execution of the exit plan.
