Duncan Perring is a Senior Managing Director with Teneo in London, having joined Teneo as part of its purchase of Deloitte’s UK Restructuring business. Prior to the acquisition, Duncan spent over 13 years at Deloitte, EY and KPMG, working closely with stakeholders and boards to develop and implement solutions. Duncan’s focus is to advise on the options available for loss-making, non-core and/or non-strategic companies, with a depth of experience in implementing solvent exits and asset disposals. Duncan’s specialist area is in advising regulated financial services industry clients.​ Duncan also advises on Legal Entity Rationalisation (“LER”) projects to reduce legal structure complexity and cost through the elimination of corporate entities both in the UK and globally, with emphasis on maximising returns to shareholders. Duncan is a chartered accountant (ACA) and is a qualified insolvency practitioner (JIEB).
