Bob Lutz Bio

Bob has a career spanning almost 30 years of company operations, private equity, and investment banking-type activities. He is also an active board member for companies and a previous operator/investor in one of the largest hospitality event and meeting furniture manufacturing companies, as well as an education services company. Bob has held executive positions and led strategic engagements in a range of business areas, including marketing, technology, accounting, and finance. Acquisition and restructuring experience as an advisor, private equity, and venture capital investor and operator. Specific domain expertise in listening to business operators, understanding how and when to add value, identifying business risks, and maximizing business value. Bob is a hands-on manager and always appreciates working with individuals and groups that have a passion for customer service. Bob lives near Orlando with his wife, Kacie, and will soon be an empty nester.
