Malcolm supports the advancement of the firm's overall business strategies, overseeing global governance, initiative portfolios, operations, and technology teams. Since joining TD in 2002, Malcolm progressed to more senior roles in Finance, Treasury and Balance Sheet Management. Within TD Securities, his extensive leadership experience is used to oversee global teams in business delivery and finance. He previously served as COO for the firm's European and U.S. regions. Malcolm is on the board of Women in Capital Markets and Friends of Ruby. His support of the LGBTQ2+ community was recognized by Start Proud with its 2018 Leading Executive Ally Award. He completed the Wharton/RMA Advanced Risk Management program and the Rotman Integrative Thinking program. A Canadian Chartered Professional Accountant, Malcolm holds a Bachelor of Commerce from University of Toronto.
