Jake Bathurst Bio

Jake brings over a decade of experience and has specialised in corporate finance transactions, including private and public M&A and private equity investments. Jake spent nearly 10 years with Deloitte, working in their M&A team across the UK and Australia. During this time, Jake advised on a significant number of transactions from small to mid-market acquisitions and divestments, through to large corporate carve-outs with deal sizes up to $3bn. Additionally, Jake also spent a period of time outside professional services, leading the commercial finance team for the KFC brand at Collins Foods (ASX: CFL) and is a qualified chartered accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants Scotland (ICAS).
