Bio

Eric has over a decade of professional experience, including corporate finance advisory and commercial roles. Eric commenced his career at BDO in Brisbane, where he advised on various corporate finance engagements, including M&A advisory, valuations, transaction services and strategic reviews, with deal sizes ranging from $5m to $200m+ across both private and public markets. Subsequently, Eric spent over 3 years as the CFO of a private equity backed SME, ATP Science. In this hands-on role, he focused on capital raising, growth strategy execution and supporting exit strategy development. Eric is a qualified accountant with CPA Australia, holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Queensland, and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
