John Paine Bio

John Paine is a founder of TBK Capital. He is highly experienced in both debt and equity funding. He has spent nearly 40 years in the financial securities industry – 16 of those with Fay Richwhite & Company. He has a wealth of investment banking experience; including arranging loan finance, project analysis, structuring offers for the most effective proportions of debt and equity, and the marketing of those offers to qualified private investors. John holds a B.Sc. and Dip BIA from Auckland University.
