Vishal Jain has extensive investment banking and consulting experience in many industries including pharma, biotech, and technology. He has gained an in-depth knowledge of the complex healthcare ecosystem in the United States and has worked on transactions across multiple sub-sectors of healthcare including large pharma, biotechnology, diagnostics, healthcare instruments and devices, healthcare services and healthcare IT. Vishal has a keen interest in identifying innovative solutions for businesses and homes using combination of technology, healthcare, life sciences and Internet of things (IoT). Vishal has raised over $100 billion in debt and equity capital and has provided strategic advice to large as well as small corporations with respect to M&A, public offerings & capital markets, divestitures and spin-offs. He is a Partner at Freyeur & Trogue, which is a strategic partner of Tangent in the life science and technology capital raising space. Additionally, he serves as the Chairman of the Board for Ansella Therapeutics. Prior to his current roles, he was a senior investment banker at Mizuho Securities and UBS Investment Bank.
