Kieran has over 20 years of investment banking experience in the financial services sector and has closed more than 200 middle market mergers and acquisitions and capital raises transactions. He has extensive experience in domestic insurance distribution and insurance services merger and acquisition advisory. Kieran’s career focus in the middle market investment banking space has led to great success working with privately held and family-owned companies, helping them navigate complex mergers, acquisitions and capital raising projects. Kieran has helped successfully close transactions with deal values ranging from a few million to over $100 million in value. Prior to founding TAG Financial Institutions Group, Kieran participated in establishing the Financial Services Group of Allegiance Capital Corporation in New York. This group was focused exclusively on investment banking services and project to financial services related businesses across the United States and Canada. Prior to Allegiance Capital, Kieran worked at Franklin Hamilton, a middle market mergers and acquisitions boutique. Here he provided valuation, joint venture, merger and acquisitions, and capital raising services to middle market businesses in the financial services sector, including the insurance, mortgage and title industries.
