Katherine joined TAG Financial Institutions Group as an Associate in 2014. She collaborates directly with the management team on merger and acquisition and capital-raising assignments to help service middle-market insurance and financial institution clients. Katherine’s prior experience includes interning for the wealth management division of Morgan Stanley and working within the private equity space where she focused on small to lower middle-market companies in niche growth sectors. She was responsible for constructing financial models and conducting thorough industry and consumer trend research. Katherine graduated with a Dean’s Letter of Commendation from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a double concentration in Finance and Marketing. Katherine holds her Series 79 and is a licensed property and casualty insurance broker in the states of New York and New Jersey.
