Ms. Kang is a Partner of T.R. Winston & Company. Ms. Kang serves as the General Securities Principal of the Los Angeles office where she is responsible for strategic planning, compliance, operations, maintaining client relationships, and assisting in the execution of the company’s business objectives. Ms. Kang brings over fifteen years of experience in investment banking where she focuses on the execution and distribution of corporate debt and equity transactions, and private placements. Prior to joining T.R. Winston, Ms. Kang was Director of Operations at Andover Brokerage where she managed all aspects of risk management for their west coast operations and assisted in opening three branch offices. Prior to that, she worked in the Private Client Group at JP Morgan Chase Bank. Ms. Kang began her career in the securities industry at Wedbush Morgan Securities following her graduation from the University of Southern California with a B.S. in Education and a minor in Mathematics. Ms. Kang holds FINRA Series 4, 7, 24, 63, 65 and 79 licenses.
