Bio

Kaisa is an Associate Director in Superia Corporate Finance. Her professional experience spans from financial advisory (PwC's Audit and Deals departments) to strategic and operational financial management. Most recently she served as Group Financial Controller at major Baltic pharma retailer and wholesaler, Magnum AS. During her time in PwC she was involved in more than 30 valuation, lead advisory, financial due diligence and other advisory projects across Baltic countries and worked with diverse portfolio of clients. She led a number of valuation related engagements and advised clients on different valuation matters relating to restructurings, tax, financial reporting, transfer pricing and disputes. She has also worked shortly in the tech/startup ecosystem (Transferwise and Zalora) as Business Intelligence Project Lead/Analyst. Kaisa holds M.Sc. in Finance and Accounting from Lund University in Sweden as well as M.Sc. in Business Information Technology from Tallinn University of Technology.
