Khilan joined Strata in 2008 and is involved with all aspects of Strata`s M&A advisory work. At Strata, Khilan has worked on numerous buy side and sell side M&A transactions in the software, IT services, laboratory testing and life science services sectors. Recent transactions include advising SVA Limited on its sale to SGS; Luxoft (NYSE:LXFT US) on its acquisition of Excelian; Quintel on its $10m fundraising from Trillium International and a strategic investor; Bridgepoint Development Capital on its acquisition of Quotient Clinical; Melbourn Scientific Limited on its sale to Intertek Group plc and thetrainline.com on the sale of Ecebs to Bell I.D. Prior to joining Strata, Khilan worked in the investment banking team at Landsbanki Securities (UK) Ltd where he focused on M&A. Prior to Landsbanki, he worked in the Corporate Finance team at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.
