Mr. Covello is a Managing Director involved in the firm’s financial advisory activities including mergers and acquisitions, valuations (both debt and equity), assessment of strategic alternatives and other advisory services. Prior to joining Stanger in 2011, Mr. Covello was a Director at Morgan Stanley where he managed the firm’s budgeting and forecasting process for the institutional securities division. Prior to Morgan Stanley, Mr. Covello was an analyst at AllianceBernstein working for the Luxembourg funds group. Mr. Covello is a graduate of Stevens Institute of Technology with a B.S. in Business and Technology and holds an MBA from Baruch College, with a concentration in Finance. He is registered with FINRA as a General Securities Principal and an Investment Banking Principal.
