Travis Waller Bio

Travis Waller is a Managing Director in the Investment Banking group. He has over 15 years of investment banking and financial advisory experience, focusing on M&A advisory, capital raises, and strategic alternative assessments. He has completed numerous transactions for private equity-owned portfolio companies, public corporates, and founder-owned businesses, representing over $15 billion of transaction value. He has extensive experience in the industrials sector, with an emphasis on aerospace and defense as well as mission-critical industrials. Prior to joining Stout, Travis was a senior banker at Baird in the Global Industrials Group. Prior to Baird, he worked for Skyline Asset Management, where he invested in small-cap public companies across the industrials, energy services, technology, consumer, business services, and healthcare sectors. He began his career as a consultant for Ernst & Young.
