Ted Speyer Bio

Ted Speyer is a Managing Director within the Investment Banking group at Stout. Ted is focused on comprehensive coverage of the firm’s robust network of premier middle-market private equity clients. Over his 12-plus years of investment banking, Ted has executed a broad range of investment banking engagements, including mergers and acquisitions, and diverse capital markets transactions in the public equity, private equity, and leveraged finance markets. His clients have included private equity firms and their portfolio companies as well as corporates in the business services industry. Prior to joining Stout, Ted was a Director at RBC Capital Markets in the Financial Sponsors Group, where he led the firm’s focus on middle-market private equity and had a lead role in business development and idea generation. Additionally, he co-founded the business services industry coverage effort and began his career in the communications, media, and entertainment group. Previously, Ted also held positions in KPMG Advisory’s Healthcare practice.
