Seth Morganstern Bio

Seth Morganstern is a Managing Director in the Investment Banking group. Seth has more than 15 years of strategic advisory experience, including merger and acquisition (M&A), corporate development, and management consulting, with an emphasis on professional and government services. Prior to joining Stout, Seth was a Managing Director with Wells Fargo Advisors, responsible for the Mid-Atlantic and Southwest markets. His sector focus included business, professional, tech enabled and government services. Previously, Seth worked as a Director at Equiteq, overseeing numerous sell-side and buy-side engagements with IT enabled services, management consultancies, marketing and media agencies, and engineering consultancies. Seth also spent time at leading global financial services firms.
